Elm Ridge WCID contracts with other local government entities to deliver water to the district. Our district purchases its wholesale water from https://www.utrwd.com/Upper Trinity Regional Water District. In addition, the district contracts with https://www.mustangwater.com/Mustang Special Utility District for maintenance, operations and billing for Arrowbrooke and Savannah. Elm Ridge WCID has entered into an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with the City of Celina for water operations and billing for Artesia residents.
