Mustang S.U.D. and The City of Celina will not grant an extension of the payment date to prevent water cutoff. All requests must be in writing to the General Manager’s office. Not more than one extension will be granted per year. To request an extension, please email your name, street address, account number and detailed reason for requesting an extension to mailto:customerservice@elmridgetx.orgcustomerservice@elmridgetx.org . Or alternatively, attend a board meeting to request the extension in person. The District’s policy is to review each request on its own merit.
