Attention Elm Ridge WCID residents:

We have been instructed by our water supplier, Upper Trinity Regional Water District, that effective immediately, we are moving to Stage 1 Drought Restrictions. Enforcement and fines will be in effect. 

Please check your irrigation system to ensure you are complying with the restrictions.

• Odd numbered addresses may water on Wednesdays and Saturdays only. 
• Even numbered addresses may water on Thursdays and Sundays only.
• HOA and commercial businesses may water on Tuesdays and Fridays only.
• There is no irrigation allowed for anyone on Mondays.

Hand-watering is permitted before 10 AM or after 6 PM any day of the week. You may use a soaker hose to water your foundation.
