UPDATED 3:31 PM - Elm Ridge WCID administration made https://www.utrwd.com/saving-water/save-outdoors/water-less-yallUpper Trinity Regional Water District aware of some confusing language previously posted on the UTRWD website. UTRWD agreed and has adjusted the wording to more accurately reflect their policy as follows:

Effective May 1, 2024, UTRWD has enacted permanent, mandatory watering schedules of no more than 2 days per week. In Elm Ridge WCID, this currently affects ARTESIA only.

• Addresses ending in an even number (0,2,4,6,8) may irrigate on Sundays and Thursdays.

• Addresses ending in an odd number (1,3,5,7,9) may irrigate on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

• HOAs and Commercial Properties may irrigate on Tuesdays and Fridays.
